Club Events

On 28th December, Ron Tomlin organised a very enjoyable competition to remember, the recently deceased, John Wilcox who bequeathed the club a sum of money to pay for this annual event.

The worthy winners (Guy Strudwick, Steve Stevens, Clare McSorley and Peter Avey) are shown here receiving their trophy from Veronica Michael.

Congratulations to them and our gratitude to Ron for such a great day.

Andy Michael Jonathan Smith and Andy Smalldridge , runners up for Preston in County triples at Popes Mead 23rd July losing to Portslade.

Both teams go on to represent Sussex at Leamington Spa in August.

Ron Tomlin organised a fantastic day today, to honour the memory of John Wilcox, a long standing member who made a huge contribution to the club during his lifetime.
